It was really spacious inside the room.Happened to see lot of rooms in this hotel. They had a very good breakfast menu which covered for all international guests. Also they had live counter for breakfast. The hotel was really neat and they did provide a good service. For the people starting early morning from the hotel they placed fruits and water at the reception which was unique. We enjoyed the stay.it was close to central railway station.

Very nice staff, great location, super close to station and cathedral.

Hotel room was great! It was big, spacious and clean. Only thing hotel can improve on is providing things like: hotel slippers, more hand soap (anti bacterial one is better), face cotton pads, ear buds etc.
There was only the very basics, such as 1 shower cap, 1 soap, 1 shoe mitt.
Otherwise, breakfast was also great and the staff working there were also very kind.

What a great stay here! Let me start out by saying it was our first time in Cologne and my first time in Europe, on Check in we met Louis who was in training he was extremely nice and handed us a map and showed us all of the places to go in Cologne! The hotel it self was very clean our room was very nice and big and the bed was comfortable! Marriott always proves to be the best hotel chain out there!

Very good accessible options for wheelchair ♿️ users clients. The service on check-in was immaculate. The hotel just should be more flexible u0026 adaptive in applying or using different security payments options. Just be more open minded.

Great room. Amazing location... but both outshined by the staff... the 5 star staff make the hotel 5 stars. Everyone we interacted with was amazing.. front desk, bar tenders, restaurant, exec lounge and lobby concierge... oh and of course the quality housekeepers. I don't know when I last was in a large hotel that had quality across the whole staff. It was a one time visit. Wish Köln was on my regular tour stops.

Amazing location, less than 5 minute walk to Cologne Central and 10 minutes to the main shopping areas. The staff are amazing and rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in Cologne!

We booked a last minute stay and on the website they have rooms with a view however the only room that we were offered is looking to an inside circle that you only see windows of other rooms and we asked if there is any alternative the answer of the hotel manager was basically no as they did not have any other option. We saw the room which was really disappointing and called the manager again to at least get a breakfast as a complimentary which I think is a very reasonable and easy wish to comply. She basically also replied with one sentence. I think for 272 euro + plus 28 euro car park without breakfast looking at a wall, this is not worth the money.
