First timer please check out my review especially non-German speaker !

Transportation
- By public transport can be reached by Bus, and just a few stops from the city
- The lastest bus is around 23:00, so be careful
- But walking distance to the tram station

Check in
- You do not need to pay in advance, you pay when you check out
- They give you a free map
- They do not give any instruction, and no so good in English

Locker Room
- Weird shape like so narrow but fit everything for me
- Can be difficult to find entrance-exit, since it is so massive
- Key is easy to use and can attach with your wrist like a watch

Pool area
- I think the picture look much better, but still good
- I sort of expect the temperature is warmer
- Many activities available and zone
- Whirl pool is cool!
- Night time, can be more annoying not so nice people who is loud and use facilities as their own space

Restaurant and Cafe
- Sauna area serve only snacks and light food
- The pool area have full meal course
- Food is pretty good and price is acceptable

Sauna
- Worth to pay and much more calm
- The booking system is great
- The demonstration is professional and some provide juice shot and scrub
- Bathing and pool can be naked here
- Access to a better view
- Panorama sauna at night is stunning

Staff
- The blue shirts can speak English very well and friendly
- I think they tried to monitor all the jerks already but difficult job
- I understand most function with the blue shirt team

Before visiting, checking their website what to bring and what to expect! It is good to see their promotion as well :)

Great facilities, with lots of areas to visit and chill. The staff are amazing, and explain everything to you, from how the lockers work, your wristband and access to the facility. I would recommend a visit to anyone in the area and will be back the first opportunity I get.

Me and my friend bought a package "Classic day" which was including breakfast, 25min massage and access to a "floating pool" (a pool with 15% concentration of salt). The cost of this package is 98€ per person. Right after we arrived, we were very disappointed by the "breakfast buffe". There was only one plate with 3 slices of cheese left. The waiter was not there and after he showed up he seemed to be super uninterested in his job! After we complained that there is nothing to eat, he said "okay" and left to the kitchen. When he came back, he just said "It might take a while". Absolutely horrible attitude!!! We ordered orange juice, coffee and a glass of water. Later we found out that the coffee and water was not part of the "breakfast buffe" and they charged us extra for these! The massage was short, not a real massage compared to what you get at a Thai massage place. The only nice part was the salty floating pool, but this whole package was certainly not worth the price we paid! Additionally, because of the electricity savings, the temperature in the pools was decreased by several degrees making it not a thermal spa anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Came to Germany to visit family and they took us here. We were enjoying ourselves and having good conversations when the power hungry worker came by to tell us that there was a complaint and told us we have to leave because there was a complaint. No warning, nothing. We paid for 4 hours and where there for an hour. Didn’t consider anything by we said, just told us to leave. Shocking service very power hungry workers

Absolutely great place to relax and take that well earned time out for your mind and body.

Relax away fro. The hustle and bustle of day to day life by dipping into this naturally heated hot tub that even goes outside. With fountains and Jacuzzis to choose from your spoilt for choice. There is also the full sauna and steam room experience if you don't mind getting your kit off, although there is both sauna and steam room in bathing area which you wear your swim wear.

The best bit for me was the dead sea salt water tank where you feel totally weightless. Great place for body and mind
