My personal highlight was the spinach soup! Closely followed by the suckling pig salad. I would have liked a second carrot for the main course, luckily my husband swapped his carrot for my serviette dumpling ;) I personally expected a little more from the berry tiramisu. I like my tiramisu as a squishy entity. It was still very tasty :)
We got the idea for the food box from WDR. If we had known that earlier, we would have been regulars by now. Now we hope that we will soon be able to enjoy the evening personally with you and not have to worry about the perfect presentation of the food.

Vielen vielen Dank für einen ganz außerordentlichen Abend in dieser eher depressiven Corona-Zeit. Wir durften mit wenigen einfachen Handgriffen ein wunderbares Menü zu Hause selber fertigstellen.
Mein persönliches Highlight war die Spinatsuppe! Dicht gefolgt vom Spanferkel-Salat. Bei der Hauptspeise hätte ich mir eine zweite Möhre gewünscht zum Glück hat mein Mann seine Möhre gegen meinen Serviettenknödel getausch ;) Vom Beerentiramisu hab ich mir persönlich etwas mehr versprochen. Ich mag mein Tiramisu als eine matschige Einheit. Es war trotzdem sehr lecker :)
Die Idee für die Foodbox haben wir vom WDR. Hätten wir das schon früher gewusst, wären wir schon längst Stammgäste. Jetzt hoffen wir, dass wir bald persönlich bei euch den Abend genießen dürfen und uns keine Gedanken über die perfekte Darbietung der Speisen machen zu müssen.

Das Restaurant selbst liegt etwas versteckt hinter einer Durchfahrt, in einem Innenhof, jedoch idyllisch gelegen, mit einer Aussenterrasse.
Das derzeitige Service-Personal ist sehr gut (keine Fragen nach: Wer hatte nochmal...?) und stets freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend.

Fazit:
Besuch?: Sehr empfehlenswert!
