I’ve eaten at this establishment several times, and the food is always tasty.
The waiter is also very attentive and friendly- he makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.
Also, this restaurant is like a unicorn in Cologne.
Why, might you ask? Because they accept credit cards. I hate going to a restaurant and missing out on points by paying with cash instead of using my CC.
They have other great Vietnamese restaurants in Cologne, but they’re all “cash-only.” I do not have the time and energy to find an ATM whenever I want to grab a quick bite. That's why I prefer Bonjour Saigon. The food is delicious, it’s conveniently located, and affordable (I’ve only been there during lunch hours). The lunch menu usually has some great deals! Portions are big!

The food was so lala, the 'Ramen Noodles' looked more like spaghetti, overall overpriced for at best average quality.
Btw, tipping in Germany is included and any additional tip is optional.

Context: Ate here in Jul-2022 as part of a group of 4.

Pros: Good menu options. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty food and a large amount of it. Clean toilets. Reasonable outdoor seating.

Cons: Some other customers smoking bothered my lungs.

Overall: Would very happily eat there again. (We would have, but there were so many other places to try during a short visit to the city.)

Overall experience and service was quite shocking. Me and my group of friends went for lunch and we had to wait 25 mins just to place our order. The food was extremely oily but okay, although a bit overpriced. The staff made it very clear that they do not like English speakers.

Very good Pho Bo! Broth was delicious, wish there were more Thai basil. But quite decent Pho nonetheless.

I eat there at least once a week. High quality food and friendly service. I get the "Fromme Nudeln"

Really good food and the owner has a great sense of humor. Also it's no problem to change some part of the items on the menu.
