Good location, breakfast is ordinary, staff are friendly. You’re not allowed under any circumstances to get an early check in. But they are kind enough to hold the luggage for u. Unfortunately house keeping services is not good. They don’t change the towels, the soap was empty as well and no one refilled it, they unlock the door without knocking. Expensive as for the value of money comparing to the rooms and it requires maintenance.

My room was behind the reception; multiple nights of staff chatting away. Towels on the floor of the hallway to absorb water from a leak above sums up this place. Cheap, but not cheerful.

Very clean...nice breakfast with varieties of food to choose from. It would be nicer if they had water to drink in the rooms..

From the outside it was difficult to see that it was a hotel. The reception was small but welcoming and the staff were very polite and friendly. Our room was on the ground floor just along from the reception. The room was large with twin beds pushed together. A large shower room with a step up into the cubicle. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was downstairs in the cellar and included a local cooked fare as well as traditional European cuisine, very tasty and pleasant service.

We had an awesome experience here! Definitely recommend it to everyone! Our room is so beautiful and we have a nice city view!!!

Despite its great location, the cleanliness of my room was way too poor. First night in, just arriving, and the bathroom was peppered with hair that did not belong to me for obvious reasons. Too obvious that the bedsheets were not replaced daily after I found some of mine under the pillow after few days in. The staff seemed that did not care about anything, as when I asked for an iron and realized that the cord was faulty, I returned it to the receptionist, who just shrugged and walked back inside. Left a glass stained with coffee to come back and see that was still there, even when the room was made. But it was general passivity in general from the day staff. For the price and location, there are few dozen hotels there that can be easily better serviced.

It's fine for the price if you book reasonably early in advance. Breakfast is nothing special though and the bathroom could've been cleaner. Also the toilet flush functioned poorly - to the knowledge of the staff who didn't seem particularly interested in fixing it. Yet they were generally pleasant and helpful.
