You are paying for 0,5L but receiving less. They accept only cash. There is only one girl taking the orders, preparing everything in the bar and bringing the food, they should think about hiring someone to help her.

Out of all the restaurants on this strip or road this seemed the most inviting and most welcoming in terms of ambience and atmosphere. We found one of the best and most passionate, dedicated hospitality specialists by the name of Tuncay, who served our table. He carried himself with such professionalism I thought he managed the venue or owned it but he was working as a waiter. He was efficient, warm, friendly, professional and showed he really cared about our table having a good time and good experience. I haven't had such a positive experience at a restaurant in Germany for so long. I noticed Tuncay also managed to look after each table with care and made sure he offered a personal touch by conversing with us and others when he could as well managing all orders and requests accurately. I think this person is an asset and of great to value to Bistro Canape and I'm just so thankful for the incredibly pleasant time we had as a group thanks to Tuncay. He knows the menu so well I didn't have to read it but just advise him what my preferences are and he recommended both food and beverages exactly to my taste. This in my opinion is none other than the utmost in premium service excellence. Bravo.

The worst service ever especially that one guy who had a bad day at least you don’t do that to customers bad moody swing we humans I get it but not at work.second he chose what table to attend to guys next to me a couple noticed it and just in a few minutes they ordered only drinks so did I.i can eat in a bad mood environment I talked to him and he said he is kind of working alone n the guy in the counter but that’s not a reason to be mean to customers we are the reason you getting that job even after two guys came immediately he was still in his own moody world.

The worst restaurant in Cologne. My fourth time visiting this great city but never thought I'd come across such a terrible place in such a great location. Upon entering, the waiter tried to have us sit down right in between two separate groups of customers who were sitting at the same table (who also looked perplexed at this suggestion), even though there were other tables available and without even checking for a COVID Vaccine Certificate. The place looks decent but it's only when you taste the food that you understand why the prices are so low. Sub standard frozen pizza which came with large chunks of tomatoes after I had told the waiter at least twice that I did not wish for any tomatoes (if the pizzas were made fresh there wouldn't have been any issue) and a pasta dish that was clearly microwaved and which actually contained no pasta. Only a thick layer of cheese covering some sort of disgusting oily stew full of frozen vegetables. It was also very clear that the staff do not care in the slightest. This was to be our final meal before flying home the next morning and really tarnished what was another amazing trip to this city. So avoid this cesspit like the plague and enjoy the hundreds of other restaurants which actually care about the food they serve.

The food is awful. Frozen food quality! The server was pretty, but forgetful. We asked for salads to be served on the side which didn't happen and once the food was brought, we had to wait for her to return so we could ask for silverware.

Best to spend your time and money elsewhere
