Visited while here on business, El Chango didn't disappoint. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly. I am a massive steak fan and can vouch that the steaks were all of excellent quality. Well worth a visit if you are in Cologne

Pros: The atmosphere is really cool. The staff are very friendly. They give you some snacks while you wait for your food. The meat is good quality.

Cons: The food isn’t that great. Didn’t find that thick texture or delicious taste in any of the dishes that I ordered. The mushroom felt like canned food.

Really good Food for a bit higher, but fully accaptable price Tag. One of the best Steaks I've ever had. Maybe mir cocktails would be nice, but fair enough. Only 4 not 5 Stars because of Party long waiting times for Service, even when Restaurant is by far not fully booked.

For everyone who likes to eat the "best steaks", Steakhouse "EL Chango" is the best choice in Cologne. Excellent meat and first-class side dishes are served in a rustic atmosphere. The Argentinian fillet steak "Lomo" (from the loin) is unique. Add spinach or broccoli. As a starter gazpacho or fine salads. The service is first class and gives excellent advice. The wine list is perfectly matched to the dishes. Everything is right at El Chango.

Extraordinary good. One of the best steaks I've ever had. The staff has a lot of humour, is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you don't visit El Chango in cologne, you're missing out on something very special! The tenderness and delicious flavour of the meat is out of this world. Just do yourself the favor and go to El Chango, you won't regret it.
