Loved the room, nothing to fancy absolutely fine for a one night stop with a dog. One thing o did miss but nothing major is a kettle. Should have taken a small travel kettle. They do have vending machines for drinks but a bit on the expensive side. Also serves breakfast if you interested.

It was easy to check-in using the machine. The room looked clean, but there were issues:
1) It was noisy, I easily heard other people walking by or talking in neighbouring rooms.
2) There was a notable remnant of tobacco smoke.
3) There was a smell of dirty legs from the duvet, the duvet-cover did not stop it

We visited this hotel during the last years several times and the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. Because of the possibility of public transport and the quietness of the hotel environment this is a perfect place to stay.

Nice room and breakfast. Good quiet. The airconditioning did not work Unfortunately. And with an open window you will hear traffic sounds.

Very friendly reception/cleaning staff.
Room has everything I needed and more (like a hairdryer and TV), small but did not need to be bigger

If u take flights early in the mornings there is no checkout services. We left at 4am.

Hotel was easy to find. Checkin went easy. the room was clean and had everything what you need for a short stay.
We visit the centre of Köln and this was easy to reach by train. Only a 10 minute walk from the train.
