The location was really the only redeeming quality about this hotel. The mattresses and pillows were cheap and the shower didn't drain and overflowed. Also, BEWARE that they charge by the PERSON. I booked a room with a double bed (for my partner and I) and they increased our rate when we arrived because we were two people. I've never experienced this at any other hotel in my life and was pretty appalled by the way they handled it. Not good customer service at all.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I actually can’t describe in words how kind the staff were in this hotel. When I got there I was really exhausted from my journey to this city, but the friendly greeting in this hotel immediately made me feel welcome! The guy who helped me check in was very friendly. When I booked the room throughout this website I made a request to have a quiet room. When I arrived in the room I could really see they were really thoughtful about choosing the room, because it was really quiet and far away from the other rooms, so you won’t hear the foot steps or doors slamming at night. Also wanted to thank the friendly guy who was working on the afternoon shifts (Thursday 2 September and Friday 3 September). He was very kind and patient whenever I would ask something. My English sometimes gets a little lost in the translation, but he didn’t made me feel rushed and took his time to understand what I trying to say. He is true gentleman!
When I was ready to leave there was a lovely lady ready to help me with the checkout. What I really liked about her that she was not only polite, but also genuine and very kind!
The room, where I was staying in, was also very clean. Which made me feel comfortable to stay in this hotelroom.
I couldn’t wish for anything else during my stay. Please, if you are visiting Cologne and if you are looking for a nice hotel to stay in, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

It is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed. Small parking, not easy to get in but very good employees, really helpful with my staying there. (Joel, Alessa and Philip )

Nice sized clean rooms. One night of three was a bit noisy due to people partying on the street. Breakfast has a fair amount choice and especially healthy items. Excellent support staff at front desk, in the breakfast room and cleaning up
very short walk to the underground
nice restaurants nearby
strongly recommend

Very lovely and friendly staff. I missed my flight and i was allowed to go back into my room after i had checked out. I forgot my passport to and it was mailed to my home address securely and safe.
Hotel is central in Koln and very very clean.
A recommendation to all those planing to spend the night out.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to nice cafés and shops. The personnel was super friendly and the room was very clean. I had a nice room facing the street and although the street is quite busy on weekends you don't hear any noise if you close the windows.

Have stayed 2 times at this hotel during December for the Christmas markets. It's well placed for this purpose. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Prices are average for Cologne. Breakfast is great.
