Started off with a warm beer. I had already finished my main course (which for some reason came before the appetizer) before my girlfriend even got hers. And when my second dish, the crispy duck came, it was barely cooked. I talked to the Waiter and pointed it out to which he replied that that's how the prepare it. The rest of the food was edible at best. And the prices were rediculously high! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone

War gestern Abend hier essen. Der erste Eindruck zählt ja bekanntlich. Und der war erstmal richtig gut. Leider wurden meine Erwartungen nach und nach immer weiter in den Keller getrieben. Das Personal bemüht. Leider ab und zu sehr unorganisiert. Aber immer freundlich. Nach einem Blick in die Karte muss das Essen überragend sein. Leider wohl meines Erachtens etwas überteuert. Kartoffeln nicht ganz durch. Roastbeef Steak aber auf den Punkt gebraten. Aber ob das zwischen 33€ und 40€ ohne Beilagen kosten muss? Wohl eher nicht.
Meiner Meinung nach wird hier von der Geschäftsleitung ein gehobene Atmosphäre aufgrund des abgeschlossenen Hotels vorgegeben, das vom Personal nicht ganz erfüllt werden kann.
Die Bewertung wäre besser ausgefallen, wenn die Preise nicht ganz so abgehoben wären.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend dort. Das 5-Gänge-Menü war ein Traum ... beginnend mit einem leicht schärfen kaltem Süppchen, gefolgt von Tatar vom Wagyu mit Wachtelei, Steinbutt und Garnelen auf einem Zitronen Thymian Soßenspiegel, Lamm im Kräutermantel und zum Anschluss einen Traum aus geeister Zitrone, Basilikum und Erdbeere. Die einzelnen Zutaten waren perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die empfohlenen Weine harmonierten zu den Gängen hervorragend.
Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente auf der Terrasse ist schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Das Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut...man bekommt eine tolle Qualität und super frische Produkte serviert. Herr Carter und sein Team machen einen tollen Job.
Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch????
