I went to the showroom today and I have to say, the attitude of the staff amazed me. I have been Aesop’s customer for almost two years, most of time I really enjoy talking to staffs, which overwhelmingly delightful but this time. Wow. Staff were discriminated against Asian customer, rude and arrogant. It seemed weird or might sound subjective to you, but she was very nice with other two customers before me. Talking down to me as if I am unable to speak English or I was type of cheap tourist who can’t afford their product, or whatever she thought - but Aesop Cologne failed me. Been to Aesop Toulouse, Brusselle, Antwerpen, Paris, this is the first time I encountered such an discriminating act like this. Great job, girl.
