Amazing experience! The room was great all the way to the minor details: music box, cutlery, minibar included, etc... The Whirlpool was fantastic and big enough for 2 tall people (room 7). Great staff at reception to top it all off, offering parking for our bikes and recommendations in the neighbourhood. Would recommend it to anyone!

Nice place to stay. Simple cozy and chic! Rooms with whirlpool. 50 m away from the metro that take you to the city. You'll find minimarket , convenience store, drogeries nearby. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but there are many different types of nice restaurants or cafés on the neusser Straße with reasonable price and nice atmosphere.

Wir können es leider nicht empfehlen. Wie hatten das Zimmer mit infrarot Sauna und Badewanne. Auf dem ersten Blick war es echt ein top Zimmer und seinen Preis wert der Empfang bei Ankunft war auch freundlich auch wenn man erst anrufen musste weil niemand da war. Leider gings dann bergab. Wegen Corona gab es keinen Möglichkeit etwas zu essen zu entkommen und keinen wechseln der Handtücher etc. Alles kein Problem.bollig verständlich. Wir hatten eine längere party geplant und deshalb tagsüber etwas vor geschlafen. Da kam plötzlich eine junge Frau in unser Zimmer mit Badesachen? War dann ganz erschrocken als wir aufwachten und meinte es wäre Zimmerservice..
Ja klar. Der ja ausgeschlossen war wegen Corona. Gut dass wir da waren. außerdem war bei uns am Bett der Rost durchgebrochen was wir erst morgen gemerkt haben weil uns alles weh getan hat. Wir kommen jedenfalls nicht wieder und können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Small fridge in the room, which was filled - included in the price - which is not a matter of course. Great bed.....

The only drawback: it was warm in the room. Air conditioner was too loud to sleep. So had to turn it off at night and woke up sweating in the morning... Thanks to the shower it worked again.
Otherwise everything was perfect, would recommend it and book it again.

Small recommendation? A shelf with tea lights by the whirlpool would be perfect for a romantic splash in the pool.

Wir haben dort eingecheckt,zum 30ten Hochzeitstag.
Zimmer war super,Highlight der Whirlpool im Zimmer,der Spaß gemacht hat,Glas Sekt......perfekt.
Die Ausstattung war Wertig,sehr sauber.
Angestellte an der Rezeption super freundlich, hat alles sehr gut erklärt,auch mit der Bluetooth Box,WiFi etc....
Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer,der gefüllt war- im Preis drin- was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Tolles Bett.....

Einzige Manko: es war warm im Zimmer. Klimagerät war zu laut zum schlafen. Mussten es also Nachts ausschalten und sind morgens nassgeschwitzt wach geworden... Dank Dusche ging es dann wieder.
Ansonsten alles perfekt,würden es empfehlen und auch selbst wieder buchen.

Kleine Empfehlung? Am Whirlpool ein Regalbrett mit Teelichtern - wäre für ein romantisches Poolplantschen perfekt.
