Everything bad. No water, glass, each kind of drink in the room is not available. Only opener ???????????? Sauna, swimming pool is not available as well :( situation is terrible. I was here 2 years ago, now expecting at least similar standard which scared me away. Never come back here. Sorry.

View from the room was beautiful, bed was extremely soft. There was a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet, but the quality was unfortunately pretty bad. I expected more for 17 Euros for breakfast.

Great location in the center on Chemnitz. Parking was always easy. Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and their English is very good from my personal experience. Breakfast price is a little high, but you get what you pay for as buffet breakfast. Bar menu is great.
I would recommend this hotel.

Nice bar and restaurant but the rooms on the 3rd floor are a bit dated. There were no tea or coffee making facilities, mini bar or bottled water. I had a delayed flight which meant I checked in at 01:30 and would have enjoyed a cold drink in my room. The Reception and bar staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are very big and very clean. A very nice bathroom which is not missing anything. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast coffee is one of the best hotel coffee's I had! Only 4 stars because the free Internet is so slow that even Google takes very long to load and because I find breakfast (which is very rich) very expensive (17 euros/day). Parking is the same price 17€/day.

Amenities are really qualitative. Great spa area. The lounge restaurant can get busy from 19:30 uo to 21:30 and has only a few tables available so I would suggest to either do a reservation or go early. I recommend everything which is on the menu (I've tried almost all dishes ;). All products are fresh and really tasty, specially vegetables and tender meat ! Old style furniture in the room but shower had amazing pressure, spacious bathroom with refill of all the necessities, bed was very comfy (rather hard mattress), and air-conditioning /heating was working perfectly.
Advice : bring your own slippers and hairdryer. And you are all set for a great stay !
