Very nice aesthetic but rather an overrated cafe.. The carrot cake is good but falls apart (dry) and the cream on top is thin and lacks taste. The chocolate cake was served in a big portion (nice) but not chocolatey enough and slightly dry. Happy with the coffee ordered.

I had a cake and a cappuccino. The cake had a nice texture and delicate flavor and I have to praise the "Konditor" for that.

As for the cappuccino, I previously asked what beans they use and they claimed they use the coffee beans from "Cross Coffee" (a famous roaster from Bremen) which I really enjoy and buy regularly so I know the taste of those beans pretty well. Unfortunately, the cappuccino they served me didn't taste anything like the Cross Coffee beans I am used to. They had a slightly burned and bitter taste which kind of ruined the cake experience a little. The milk they used to make the cappuccino wasn't frosted properly which resulting in an espresso with milk basically with little to no foam.

The service was friendly although a little slow.

I can't really understand the criticism around the service. It was actually the friendliest service I've ever gotten in Bremen. By far. Service with a smile. The lady at the cashier is the loveliest and the reason why we'll be coming back frequently. The space is beautiful and modern and the cakes are very flavourful and beautiful to look at. Don't miss it.

Very nice and beautiful place. They have variety of pastries and macaroons. Unfortunately, due to partial lockdown, dine-in option was not available so we had to order take away. The owner was very polite and friendly and she speaks English as well. The cakes and macaroons taste really good. I will surely visit again especially for the NewYork cheesecake. I would definitely recommend this place.

The cakes are really good but unfortunately the service is not. The workers are not friendly, quite arrogant and they don't take their time to explain what kind of cakes do they offer. I ordered a strawberry cake because I tought they make the classic one but I got a totally different one, which was delicious but they should have explain us which one they offer.
When I ordered a Blueberry Cheescake I got it in in a box that was so big that the cake arrived in a bad shape, they should work in their packaging and use paperboard strips too.
On the other hand, we went once at 17 o'clock to get 2 portions of cake to go and they told us that because they close at 18 o'clock all the cakes were already in the fridge so they couldn't sell us any. What is that for a customer service!?
So never again, Schade!
