Food wise- The beef burgers are well prepared and make for an amazing meal. A highlight would be the bun, lightly buttered and toasted. The only complaint about the burger is the beef patty that seems to always fall apart and crumble to the slightest of force, leading to a messy plate as the end result. The fried chicken strips, on the other hand, usually taste of old, unchanged oil and have too hard of a shell that scrapes the inner lining of one's mouth.
Service wise- The staff are friendly, happy to help out, and most importantly: english capable. However, the downside of Biggie B, should you choose to eat at any time near peak times, is that the wait for your order becomes almost unbearable. This is easily attributed to the restaurant being well understaffed with only 2 employees during most of my visits.
Interior and atmosphere- Biggie B takes on an open kitchen that, while may look aesthetically pleasing to some, contributes to a major problem of poor ventilation throughout the entire space. Always opt to sit outside whenever possible, as the smell of the kitchen and old oil will cling to your clothing for the rest of the day.
