My friend went to shorten the bracelet of his brand new Seiko automatic watch (sarb035). The guy in the store didn’t properly adjust the spring bars of the bracelet. This resulted in a drop, leaving a massive scratch on the case!
He went back to the store with the receipt where a lady readjusted it. She told him it was “a shame” that the previous guy “forgot “ to put back the spring bar safety pins.

GENUINE ADVICE: DON’T HAVE YOUR WATCH SERVICED THERE!!!!!!!!

Kurz gesagt: Ich war sehr beeindruckt von Aram und dem Mitarbeiter. Man hat sich viel Zeit für mein Anliegen genommen. Die Preise waren sehr gut und wirklich absolut wettbewerbsfähig. Die Abwicklung dauerte wegen Corona etwas länger, aber das wurde immer transparent mitgeteilt.

Wirklich herausragend war der Service. Mein Vater hatte Probleme mit der Automatikuhr, die er gekauft hatte. Die Uhr war völlig in Ordnung, er kam aber mit der Funktionsweise nicht zurecht. Aram zeigte sich super kulant und bot eine sehr tolle Lösung an. Vor allem: Der Umgang mit meinem Vater war spitze, sehr respektvoll und sympatisch. Genauso wünscht man sich den Service und die Beratung. Aram hatte ich bisher nicht auf dem Schirm, wenn ich ehrlich bin, aber durch die Beratung und den tollen Umgang mit dem Kunden kann ich Aram sehr empfehlen. Meine Familie wird jedenfalls bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder kommen!

Und: Falls der Mitarbeiter, mit dem ich gesprochen habe, noch nicht Filialleiter ist, sollte er es werden. ;-)

Wir wollten auf der Messe in Bremen vom Austeller Aram Juwelier Eheringe kaufen. Haben auch nach einigem Probieren schöne Musterringe gefunden. Nach 6 Monaten, diversen Telefonaten und 2 Versuchen der Fertigung hat uns dann der Hersteller erzählt, dass es diese Musterringe so nicht geben würde und man unsere Ringe so auch nicht anfertigen könne. Da der Rücktritt vom Vertrag gut geklappt hat gibt es trotzdem noch 3 von 5 Sternen
