We stayed here just one night in a family room with bunk beds. My two small girls loved their beds so much, with a little table light and charging area. We used the shared kitchen the next day to prepare breakfast. We enjoyed the hotel a lot and we were very central.

Amazing stay. The Rooms were clean, super nice, multilingual staff, always available for help. Lots of area to relax, like the lobby or in the dining hall. Nice kitchen with pantry to use for cooking. Loved my stay here.

The entire experience was superb!! From finding me a room for an extra night immediately before the two nights already booked, to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My room was very clean and comfortable and I was stunned by what I was getting for the price!! I left my ear pods in my room and I contacted the hotel who had found them and arranged to return them to me. No fuss no hassle. I honestly can’t think of anything that could be improved. I would recommend this hotel highly and will check out others across Europe on my travels. The staff here are amazing ambassadors for the company and should be congratulated for their effort and commitment to their role.

Great! The guest kitchen was amazing, helped me save on food expenses. The staff is very helpful, and there's nice areas to eat, study and relax. Rooms itself are nice and clean, with everything you need

Nice new hotel very comfortable and clean. The front desk guy was great, although overwhelmed. Only bad point is the cleaning service waking us up on Sunday at 9am after a night out to ask when we're leaving when the checkout was at 11am. We didn't get any sign for the door. Location is good but certain areas a bit sketchy.

My stay at the hotel was marvelous. Terrific rooms, friendly staff, very clean and hygienic...! And the hotel plus the rooms were very very beautiful...! Totally worth it! P.S the prices were also not expensive.

Spent two nights of a ten-night booking here. Left because management hosted a noisy party in the lobby that kept me up until 2am.
Checked out and was told manager was not yet in because he had been at that party. It was 10am.
Hotel and booking.com now gaslighting me, denying this took place, refusing refund.

Avoid at all cost. Not professionally run.

Apart from that, a spartan facility with the charm and smell of a hospital, clogged drains in spite of this being a brand-new building, and false advertising (no actual air-conditioning).
