Great location, clean, and the gentleman at the check in was very friendly and helpful. you can walk to and from the train station even with large luggage because it's so close. The only odd thing was the bathroom. It's not totally private, in that it's just a glass wall around the toilet and shower, and the door doesn't reach the ceiling (see picture). Otherwise it was great.

I loved the staff, However, I do not believe this hotel is safe. We stayed in room 310 on August 25 and the lights in our room went on by themself and started flashing and making clicking noises over 10 times during our 1 night stay. We would have to get out of bed to shut the lights off and it would happen again and again. Needless to say we did not sleep. We asked to have our room refunded because of this poor electrical wiring and were told the best they could do is 15% off. I work in the hospitality business in America and I take cleanliness and safety of hotels very serious. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff exceptional but I would not recommend this hotel for fear of an electrical fire.

+ dog / pet friendly hotel (paid extra)
+ clean and comfy rooms
+ wifi
+ very friendly and helpful staff :)
- AC didn't work / was unable to maintain lower temperatures and it was crazy hot over the night
- strange setup with toilet with 2-3 cm gap between door and wall + glass walls. Very little privacy.
- no fridge (something to consider as due to poor AC, it could help with having option to coold down drinks/water)

Large rooms, Tesla Destination Charger, close to city center, the bed was ok, but the duvets were too heavy for summer use. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful, first time we had prosecco for breakfast ????

Very nice rooms, modern furniture and comfortable to be in. A tinted glass wall separates the bathroom from the living area which is quite nice for couples but perhaps a bit weird for others.

No noises during the night. Staff was friendly and very helpful in pointing out restaurants and sights. breakfast was great (they had warm waffles and pancakes the day i was there! What's not to love?)

Good central location. Beds are comfortable. Nice bathroom. Carpets and walls could use an update, a bit dirty. Friendly and helpful staff.
