What a lovely store! I stopped to Bremen for two nights to visit a friend. I passed a few times by without even realizing it was there. So glad I did because the woman running it was the just loveliest, so kind and so helpful! What first caught my eye was a Harry Potter collection display in the window! So beautiful, and there was a spoon test I had been looking for online for ages. I quickly popped in to buy it immediately since I had never been able to find it in stock online. The store was laid out in such a way that nearly everything caught my eye! I explained to her how I wish I had room enough in my luggage to take the whole place with me. She helped suggest some items that were small or light weight to make it easier to bring home. I ended up also buying a gorgeous salt and pepper set, too. All of which she wrapped up back in their original packaging and a bright orange bag to help tote it back to my hotel as it was quite unseasonably rainy and cold for July. Needless to say, my sister and brother-in-law loved their gifts from Bremen! I will never forget the kindness I received from your warm and caring staff. Danke Schoen!!

Wirklich außergewöhnlich hervorragend ist der Kund*innenservice.
Ein solch zugewandter und zuvorkommender und zugleich dezenter und unaufdringlicher Service ist mir selten begegnet und ist absolut dem Premium-Segment zugehörig.
Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind nicht nur ausgesprochen freundlich, sondern auch sehr kompetent - heutzutage leider eher eine Seltenheit. Dies alles ist in diesem Geschäft nicht personenabhängig - was nochmal mehr für Le Creuset in Bremen spricht.
Insbesondere aber möchte ich Frau M. erwähnen, die stets mit einer herzlichen Art alles im Blick hat und zugleich sicher jeder*m Kundin*en das Gefühl gibt, die volle Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie sie das macht!
