A beautiful outdoor performance by 30 Meissen porcelain bells, lasting around 8 minutes, complemented by rotating panels of pioneering ocean conquerors (seafarers and aviators) on 10 picture boards.

Daily performance times:
01.01-31.03 u003d 12.00, 15.00, 18.00
01.04-31.12 u003d 12.00-18.00, on the hour

On the panels are (in 2022):
Leif, Karlsefni; Pining, Pothorst; Columbus; Fulton; König; Scott, Brown, Alcock; Lindberg; Köhl, Fitzmaurice, Hünefeldt; Zeppelin, Eckener; and Earth, Moon, Stars.

Nice brick house with carillon containing 30 Meissen porcelain bells.
You can listen to the musical carillon performance every day at 12, 15 and 18 (from 01.01 to 31.03) and every hour from 12 till 18 (from 01.04 to 31.12).
It's a very interesting performance and the place around is crowded during the carillon performance time.
Also, during the performance, the 10 panels are rotating in the left side of the building and showing famous sailors and aviators.

Very interesting craftsmanship and really enjoyable to watch and listen. The little narrow alleys along there are really beautiful.

A must see! I was surprised about how long the music went on for. The picture that route on the column to the side was also a nice surprise.

I just loved this place. I went there at 5:30 pm and at 6 pm a bell started ringing. I searched for it and found this place. The music was nice and it shows the story of people of Bremen.
