The service was wonderful- we really liked the guy at the check-in desk, and he gave us great tips about the city. The room, however, was no beauty... There was a broken trouser press, and the shower barely functioned. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for something affordable and convenient, but not for luxury.

Really great location, close to the main train station and the tram stop is so close; just around the corner. Room was excellent and clean. Staff very friendly and also spoke English which was a bonus as I speak little (to no) German. I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are fine!! But when the book states the mini bar is full and it is not, and also no tea or coffee!! Then when you ring reception off your own phone to ask as there isn't one in the room, you get told to go to the bar across the road if I want a drink even if it's coffee. Or to use the vending machine ????????. Shocked!!!!

The Hotel location was in central of the City,
Friendly staff and helpful Reception.
Breakfast was super for this Price
Room was clean and so Modern, quite and relaxing atmosphere, Bathroom was small.
I recommend it to all Business or Vocational visits in Bremen.

Nice rooms, very good shower (strong) and very helpful staff. The location is superb, it is right in the center and for a few euros per day you can park in the parking lot around the corner.

Just stayed there last night! I was impressed by the courtesy of tze receptionist. The room is big bright and very clean. I will stay there again. Keep it up :)

Place is over priced, bathroom had a funky stench, wifi was way unreliable and couple of staff members seemed like they had second class attitudes, needs to be more friendly, especially the women at the counter, polite but needs to be more courteous as I always looks for a reason to tip, place is decent looking at least... decided to stay at my friends home for the rest of my stay till business was concluded...hate to write bad reviews but I'm def not going to recommend this place to my colleagues or business associates, Don't want them to think I pointed them lol. However, I wish them success, they have the potential to be a hotel to please Wall Streeters
