The food is good.
We waited longer than people who arrived and ordered way after us and got only disrespectful answers and strange remarks from 2 staff members even while bringing the food. Luckily one waitress was nicer at the end. Its a pity to experience that on a Sunday relaxed evening. Hopefully its not happening to other people!

Nice Burger with really good chilli-cheese fries. And the Biggie Beer is also good.

After waiting for 2 hours on a Friday evening we received 2 cold burgers in which the meat was raw, the lettuce black and the bun soggy. We ordered fries and received sweet potato fries most of which were burned. All food ended in the bin. What a waste of waiting time and money! In a previous order we received a cheaper item although we have been charged for a more expensive one. Decided to give them another chance and that was a very bad decision. Never again! ????????????

Had higher expectations.
I asked the waiter to cut the burger, but he brought it as is. When I asked him again he took my fork and knife and cut it in a way that destroyed the sandwich.
When I complained about it he blamed me, and said that its a self service and he is doing it for me as extra.

Great burgers and fries. Nice service. But unfortunately no good beer selection.

Great and chic atmosphere, friendly and fast service, and the burgers are the best in Bremen. Little on the pricey side but it's worth it. The biggie meister burger is the go-to ????
