This is such a nice place!! I loved the atmosphere, it felt really cosy, the music was great, the stuff was so kind and friendly, it was a great night and even though I am just visiting Bremen for a few days would love to go back!!

I rate this 3.5, as experienced some bumpy behavior from a local drunk, even so bumpy that, the bartenders made him leave the house. Anyway, other than that incident, I found Friends, charming and cozy. They're selling quality drinks at very cheap and reasonable price. Actually I found the decorations were eye soothing. I stayed nearly 2.5 hrs and enjoyed with my partner.

Good music and nice ambience. The location is within a few minutes from the Hbf. Though we had nothing fancy, I liked the way the ciders were served ... in glasses with ice. While I would generally expect a bigger crowd on a saturday night, I had the impression that its a nice and friendly pub for couples as well as small groups.

Flexible and friendly personnel and a good location.

Visited Bremen as Tourists just in time for the monthly caraoke night in the Friends Bar on the last wednesday of the month. Never expierenced such a joyfull night with people even cheering to my terrible singing. Definitly gonna visit the next time, when we are back in Bremen u003c3

We entered the bar and walked to an empty table. The staff told us that the table was reserved and that there was no place for us. Very unpleasant experience. It felt like age discrimination.

Update after the owner’s reaction:
The comparison with a full bus is wrong. We could have had a drink standing inside or outside like others did, but when I placed an order for a drink I was told there was no place for us in a rather inhospitable way.
