Order processing takes ages and customer service does not pickup the phone. In case reaching out via email expect unusual long response times. Annoying.

Ordered an espresso machine for 1250 euro, my card was charged immediately and I received order confirmation email. The machine was listed as in stock with shipping in 1-2 days. However, the machine was not shipped I had to write multiple emails without answer. When calling the number you usually wait at least 20 minutes for someone to pick up. When they picked up they couldn't find my order in the system. When eventually they found my order they explained to my that they had an IT problem and still don't know if there is a stock of the machine and couldn't give a sensible answer. After a week I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund but I still don't have a confirmation for my order cancellation. I really hope I can at least get my money back! I've never had such terrible experience ordering anything online!

Also, don't believe the Trusted shop score on their website since they send a link for review only to customers, who didn't have problems with their orders.

Die Qualität/ Frische der Bohnen, dass Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier vollkommen ???????? Auch die Versandgeschwindigkeit passt sowas von. Innerhalb spätestens 5 Tagen waren die Artikel immer da!! Werde auch zukünftig hier bestellen und um den großen Mitspieler aus Frankfurt einen Bogen machen. Liebe Grüße nach Bremen.
