Worst experience with any gym I had so far: the gym itself is not great, neither is the location which feels very unsafe at night alone, and the staff (i can only speak about the one one person i had contact to, the others are probably very nice) is the absolute worst. Plus: they debit you costs automatically, even when specifically mentioned that it wouldn't be the case. Will not go back and cannot recommend. If I could give a zero I would.

equipment and opening time is above the average.but service is not satisfied, I felt it was not friendly to international people. I speak bearly little German, I can't understand why this gym won't allow people to use their own water bottle, it is ridiculous! i never experienced such kind of 'gym policy' before. if by mandatory buying drinks as fitness club business model to make money from, it is big mistake! one of their staff was very rude to take away my water bottle during the course, i felt no respect! even I don't understand why it all happened.

This GYM (or Bank) is only and only for taking your MONEY.. I visited it a long time ago (tough i am sure the rules are the same)..

The most annoying thing was that I was not allowed to take my own water in the gym. Each time they see me taking my own water I have been warned that I HAVE TO buy their drinks and I cant take anything from home etc.

Moreover I trained there for a while and I had created a training plan in a folder (like all others). After not visiting the studio for several months I realized that my training plan is not there.. I had to ask 4 different employees and all on different days (since one blamed the other one and then the other one) and in the end nobody could find my training plan with which I have been training for months.

Everything is a comlete MESS in this gym and only and only based on MONEY...

This GYM should be the LAST gym to register...

They are just lying on the contract, and just want to take as more money as they can. They never tell you what happened in behind. The service is so bad, the training coach is not professional at all. I will never never suggest any one go there. I think I need to lawyer to sue them.

The gym is nice but the rule that you cannot have your own water battle is crazy

Far to expensive! They won't let you leave when you want to! Just like taking your money.. :(
