They refuse to make any effort to speak English. The lady didn't let me have my legs crossed even if my shoes were not on the chair. She yelled to me in German and even though I told her I don't understand.
You have to pay to go to the toilet even if you have paid your coffee or food

Everytime i visit there, the cashers are always unfreundlich, unkind and annoying. I wonder if the employer consider unfriendliness and unkindness as important factors to hire in job interview.

Went for breakfast with family, and when start ordering the lady told me if i was eating there, i said yes... then she got all upset cause i 'should have' tell her to give me a paper to fill...... excuse me, is not your job to ask that if you need is needed, i might not know... btw if you like good coffee better not go...

The size difference of a medium vs large latte is redicules. Better take medium.

Excellent bakeries and sandwiches. Just outside the train station, very convenient. Seats are comfortable.
