After the renovation I really like the gym. It is so cosy and attractive. Fitness equipments were repositioned in the right way, love it. And even more toys for us!

Leider haben sich die Öffnungszeiten gerade am Morgen nicht verändert!
Für Berufstätige wie mich wäre es wünschenswert das die Öffnungszeiten wie auch in den meisten anderen Sportparks morgens um 6:30 beginnen würden.

Leider hat sich auch die Sauberkeit gerade im Duschenbreich mit der Übernahme (Putzen) kein bisschen verbessert!
Ich kenne jede tote Fliege in der Dusche mittlerweile beim Namen!
Das eine Renovierung ansteht ist ja mitgeteilt worden und auch super!
Aber Sauberkeit hat nichts mit zukünftigen Umbaumaßnahmen zu tun!
Hier ist dringender Handlungsbedarf!

Ich bin nun schon einige Jahre dort und vom ersten Tag an hat man hier Probleme mit der Organisation u Verwaltung. Nach außen möchte man sich als highend Studio platzieren, Betreffend einfachster organisatorischer Dinge rennt man immer jedoch ins Leere. Alle sind zwar freundlich u wollen helfen aber kaum jemand hat Ahnung. Selbst wenn man die Studioleitung direkt anspricht, wird man warten gelassen. Seit Monaten versuche ich eine Lösung herbeizuführen. Es nervt so dermaßen. Wäre das einmal… aber nein… Grundsätzlich jede Orgafrage ist ein Ritt u eine Weltreise, wenn man was möchte. Nun wieder neues Marketingkonzept, neues Branding. Auf mich wirkt das nur noch albern. Wenn die Basis nicht stimmt, kann ich mich noch sehr highend platzieren als Marke… wirkt nur noch lächerlich.

Uns wurde eine Stunde lang erklärt was Sache ist mit zeitlichem Fokus auf Geräte wie die Sonnen- oder eine Massagebank. Dann noch 2 Minuten durchs Studio und das wars. Trainieren und testen der Sauna, Fehlanzeige! Für uns war klar dass der Preis für 24 Monate Laufzeit zu teuer ist und ohne Probetraining kein Studio für uns in Frage kommt.
