In Zukunft werde ich daher eher auf Bio-Metzger ausweichen und Hielscher weniger als zuvor frequentieren. Diese Zusatzstoffe sind weder nötig noch "hilfreich" für den Konsumenten. Qualität geht auch mit weniger "Komponenten" im Produkt. Die Sterne daher lediglich für das Personal, nicht aber für das Fleisch. Gut schmecken heißt nicht immer "gut sein" und wenn ich zukünftig etwas dort kaufe - dann nicht mehr "blind".
