We were visiting with a larger group and were harrassed by the waiter when new people arrived if these people didn't sit down immediately. Their argument was that some Health Authorities might walk by the window and make trouble at any time but this treatment eventually resulted in our party breaking up even though we did not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the room. I also was displeased with the flair of the place. It maintains a shabby look that makes me long for a scrubbing brush but I general prefer places that look cleaner than this cafe.
On the upside and gaining this review a second star: They let us bring our own food since they only sell drinks.
