Ich fand es einfach unverschämt , wie ich dort dumm angemacht wurde. Hab auch sehr entsetzt geguckt, als der Herr mir das sagte (bezüglich meines Ablageortes). Ich meine vielleicht hatte er ja Angst, dass ihm etwas geklaut wird, wurde auch immer zwischen durch beobachtet. Ich meine die Prozedur ging vielleicht 2 min aber dann so abwertende Blicke zu bekommen, finde ich nicht schön. Ich hoffe nicht, dass ich auf mein Äußeres Erscheinungsbild reduziert wurde. Ach ist schon gut denke ich mir mittlerweile, aber kam mir schon komisch vor. Wenn ich so die anderen Kommentare lese, dass es anderen auch schon mal aufgefallen ist. Mich hat er definitiv das letzte mal dort gesehen. Also wenn man die Zielgruppe unter anderem auf Studenten legt, sollte man vielleicht die preise runterschrauben. 60cent mal 10 u003d 6€ für 10 Kopien ist ja ziemlich viel.

Ich habe hier meine Doktorarbeit gedruckt. Davor hatte ich mind. 4 Druckläden hier in Bonn verglichen und kann mit besten gewissen behaupten Druckwelle ist an Professionalität nicht zu übertreffen. Vielen Dank für das tolle Ergebnis :-) Es war so gut das ich gleich 4 Exemplare nachbestellt habe ( für meine Familie) Ein besonderen Dank auch an Timo der sich wirklich Zeit gelassen hat und mich mehr als Gut beraten hat. (Ich hatte Probleme mit der Formatierung)

Ich finds unverschämt teuer, für jeden service, auch wenn man nur eine einzige schwarz weiß Kopie braucht, jedes mal 50cent zu nehmen. Bin heute zur Konkurrenz und habe für 3 Kopien 15 Cent gezahlt und hier jedes mal knapp 1 Euro, für ein paar Kopien. Gewechselt bin ich aber nicht wegen den Preisen, sondern weil die Mitarbeiter immer recht lustlos und sogar unhöflich wirkten. Man kommt rein, und der Blick der Mitarbeiter ist wie "boah ne, jetzt muss ich kurz aus Facebook raus, um die Kunden zu bedienen"... Als ich nach der richtigen Datei schaute (3 Sekunden!) fragte der Mitarbeiter frech "Können wir jetzt endlich drucken?!". Unverschämt. Finde es auch etwas ungewöhnlich, dass man nicht selbst drucken kann, und die ggf. Sensiblen Dateien auf den USB sticks gesehen werden können. Die letzten beiden Besuche wurde auch vergessen meinem USB Stick wiederzugeben, darauf musste ich beim bezahlen aufmerksam machen.

Sorry, aber mich habt ihr als Kunden verloren.
