Poor work. I went to this shop to repare my flat wheel. I paid 20 euros and the next day the same wheel was flat again. I went back to the shop and all they did is pump air in the tire so by the time I was home it was flat again. They never tried to help find the root cause. I had to go somewhere else to fix it. And all this time they made me feel like i was a bother.

Reconditioning bikes is such an attractive practice and the reason I got mine from this place. Unfortunately they did not live to the expectations. It was very overpriced, specially since they used wrong parts ---had to replace the chain since it was too short--- and gave me a bad attitude when raising concerns. The quality of the bike turned out to be very very low. I wish I had never come to this shop.

Habe heute meine 2 Räder abgeholt. Die Jungs haben tolle Arbeit geleistet. Da ich aus Rheinsieg Kreis komme eine Strecke von ca. 40 km fahren muss und bei vielen Werkstätten keine Chance hatte auf eine Reparatur, hab ich im Bike House angerufen und bekam direkt eine Zusage.
Bremsen eingestellt. Alles super für kleines Geld.
Werde jetzt ein weiterer Kunde sein.
Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
