An excellent hotel stay - the room was very spacious with lovely windows that let in lots of light during the day. Very little noise overnight and nice big beds meant we slept very well and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will be staying here again!

Best Western Hotel Kaiserhof is nice hotel in the Center of Bonn, very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and the train station is just across the street. At first I was checked into a room in the attic which was so small I could hardly open my suitcase, however I requested to be moved to another room and it was done promptly.

Great location. Everything is very well thought out and comfortable. Tasty breakfasts and also friendly and helpful staff. The gym equipment allows you to keep fit even when traveling.

Very friendly personnel. Breakfast is more than ok. Although the rooms are not that big (who need big rooms if you only use it to sleep? ????) They are very clean and cosy. Good bed. We weten afraid for the noise of the trains nearby as we are '' soft sleepers '' but that was not the case. With Windows closed you can almost here nothing. I would recommend this hotel and I will use it again if we come back to this region.

It's near the train station,clean but small rooms..Receptions are very helpful and nice.

Smallest attic room but functional for one night. Working A/C! No elevator for last floor, but was not a big issue. Sweets, coffee and tea wait you at room. Very caring reception man and hotel owner (old lady was a bit grumpy). Excellent breakfast. +Extra for attention given by hotel owner, good conversation and travel hints.

Actually, not bad. This is not a shiny place, and the location is quite outside so you need a reason to be there. The hotel is dated, and pretty,uch the opposite of posh, but we slept very well, it is quiet, all the basics are there, breakfast is nice and free, and it was clean. And reasonable priced. Solid choice, but nothing you will remember.
