I’ve been here for foreign driving license translation. The service was fast and helpful.
One problem I had is I was not able to communicate via phone. They don’t speak English on the phone and they redirect you to an English speaking ADAC central hotline. But then they cannot help you about your service because they don’t have information regarding what’s going on in the Bonn office.
So only way to know if the translation was finished or not was to go there again.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Place is well organized and they provide also some travel guide books and maps with some travel tools. Over all the office environment is nice and the process is good with the Q-system.

Tried to enger to purchase some "Pickerl" for an Austria travel. After one hour waiting outside I resigned. Service stuff inside are not aware about adjusting speed to necessity. Just crawling along the day to day routine. Go look elsewhere.
