Positive: Room very nice and comfortable. I love the shower, you can select manually the water temperature. 2 saunas and nice swimming pool.
Negative: the gym is absolutely a joke. They do not have dumbbells, just do not show you offer a gym because that one is not. Breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel and for the price you are asking
The sauna entrance cost 5 euros. First time I see that guests need to pay for the sauna in the hotel where they stay

We stayed there for 3 nights. It was a good experience overall. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The staff in general is nice to interact with, though we did experience some ordering malfunction on day one. I will certainly come back.

Lovely hotel. We felt welcome and all the employees were nice and really happy. I also felt good when everyone was in a good mood. I recommend this place.

Terrible WiFi, service and attitude of staff! The WiFi is extremely slow so I have to use my expensive 4G roaming data. Also some cleaning staff entered the room when my friend was naked in the bathroom, preparing for shower. When she talked to the manager, the manager was like ‘what’s the big deal’ and said it’s not necessary to write on google review. We are completely shocked by the attitude of this old hotel with expensive price. My most terrible experience ever!!!

From reception staff to security staff rude, unprofessional and racist with an aggressive behaviour. All I did was to play the piano in the hall designed to entertain guests but As soon as I started playing the piano quietly, the reception and security staff rushed rutely and turned off the piano saying " you cannot play the piano" it was just 8pm and very early in the day.

Also, as I entered the hotel to go to my room, the staff rushed after me saying if I was staying in the hotel. I asked why you would ask as I had my hotel card, he said be cause I was wearing sporty cloth and not smart cloth. This was a shocking statement.

Would not recommend this hell type hotel.

Was there for an event (FedCon). Service was perfect, rooms clean, food good. And they've handled about 2500 excited SciFi fans all weekend with a smile and fun. Only negative point is the terrible mobile connection as you simply have a very hard time connecting to your mobile provider while at the hotel if you don't have access to the hotels own guest wifi.

Traveling with a coach company to this location,many of us found they where in prepared. Given cards to access rooms but no numbers and 4people had no rooms at all. Food was prepaid for but evening meals the hotel tried to charge us. Hotel opulent but falls down on service.
