Received half of my order, there was no packing note, and i have tried to reach them by phone (+10 times, never they pick up), email (at least 3 emails), facebook... This was my first order with them, but for sure also my last. There is no customer service, i can not even reach them to cancel the remaining items... Normally I don't post reviews, but this company just doesn't deserve to get orders placed.

An international order of two small lamps costs € 25 for transport. It had to be returned because of problems. Returning is for own expense. No excuse at all. The telephone was never answered (5 times). Half of the emails are also not answered. Some months later I received the replacement lamp.

We had ordered 2 rear windows for the Fiat Ducato. After the holes were in the rear doors and we wanted to remove the windows from the plastic film and install them, we noticed 1 quirk and 2 material defects in the windows. Since we couldn't leave the van open on the back without a window on the street for days, we installed the windows and then contacted customer service.
However, he only served us quickly and cannot do anything further due to the assembly that has already taken place.
No compensation or similar, although the damage 100% did not happen during installation. Very unsatisfactory customer service for us. From now on we prefer to order somewhere else.

Wir hatten 2 Heckfenster für den Fiat Ducato bestellt. Nachdem die Löcher in den Hecktüren waren und wir die Fenster aus der Plastikfolie entfernen und montieren wollten fielen uns 1 Macke und 2 Materialfehler in den Fenstern auf. Da wir den Transporter keine Tage hinten offen ohne Fenster an der Straße stehen lassen konnten bauten wir die Fenster ein und wandten uns anschließend an den Kundenservice.
Dieser servierte uns jedoch nur schnell ab und kann aufgrund der bereits geschehenen Montage nichts weiter tun.
Keine Entschädigung oder Ähnliches, obwohl die Schäden zu 100% nicht beim Einbau passiert sind. Für uns ein sehr unzufriedenstellender Kundenservice. Wir bestellen ab sofort lieber wo anders.
