Very good hotel, always use when going to Europe, staff are kind, rooms are tidy and looked after. Do recommend when on a short budget and for a safe place to stay.

Really worst experience. We waited at the hotel entrance for half an hour just for check in. Please don't book this hotel.
And the main attraction of this wonderful hotel is they doesn't have "attached washrooms".

Hotel was thoroughly disappointing. Room had a double bed with one pillow u0026 half a sheet. Towels provided were the size of tea towels. Reception was always closed and the communal showers smelled of urine. Booked a room for 5 nights u0026 left early to escape this hell hole! Do not go to this hotel. It was genuinely terrible. The hotel is nowhere near anywhere in Bochum. The vending machines were thoroughly over priced u0026 cleaners ignored the do not disturb signs on the door every morning at about 7am.

The person at reception was the most hostile person ever experienced. The bathrooms look like within a plane but dirty; check-out cant be overdone by just a few seconds. Dogs cost 10€ extra, but they dont mention in advance. Additional: have a cup of coffee out of the lowest cost automat for 1.90.

Check in at an atm outside the opening hours worked without issues.
The bed and towels where clean. Toilets and showers where on the same floor as the room.
Better bring slippers, the showers smelled a bit like urine. The toilets where clean.
Would go there again as a cheap stay over the weekend to visit the city :)

It says child friendly. Had asked for cot option. Never heard from them. Wanted to sterilese baby bottles and they refused let me use a microwave. Very rude and poor service. Not kids/ baby friendly in any ways. Not ideal for families to stay in this place. No free wifi. It costs 4 euros. Everything advertised wrongly. They give no information right on their website. Expect for free parking. It's just a room with very small bed and hand wash. Toilet is shared and showers are shared. Not very clean.

Nice low budget experience. It's perfect for our visit to the Essen Spiel fair, about 30 hour by car from the fair. The rooms are simple, but they are clean and comfortable. You don't have bathroom in the rooms, but it's well organized and the price are impossible to beat.
