Unter der Woche wird zeitweise lieber zu Ende gefegt, der Kunde warten gelassen... Die Freundlichkeit könnte unter der Woche besser sein. Gesamteindruck seit Wechsel der Verantwortlichen: Anstieg der Preise. Durch Wartezeiten, zeitweise ausverkaufter Ware und Unfreundlichkeit einiger Mitarbeiter fühle ich mich schon seit längerer Zeit dort nicht mehr willkommen.

An manchen Tagen wo die jungen Mitarbeiter da sind, funktioniert alles so flott und gut, aber am z.B. dem Sonntag wo die meisten Leute sich Brötchen holen, muss natürlich immer einer der wirklich, wirklich langsamen alten Mitarbeiter da sein und es bildet sich eine Warteschlange wo man gut Mal 20 Minuten absitzt. Ich habe Brinker mehrere Jahre über fast täglich besucht und war eigentlich nie so wirklich abgestoßen worden oder schroff behandelt worden, wie ich es in den meisten Reviews hier gelesen habe. Eine große Auswahl an Backwaren und super nettes Personal. Ein gemütliches Ambiente ist auch vorhanden. Ja, es stimmt, die Preise sind teilweise ziemlich hoch, weshalb es auch nur 4/5 sind, aber man holt sich ja auch nicht jeden Tag unmengen an Backwaren, oder sehe ich was Falsch? ;)
