We arrived at 6 sharp. The waiter took our orders for drink. They forgot my chianti but that can happen they brought it straight after I complained. The starters arrived in reasonable time. The first shock was that I could not order my steak with grilled vegetables, in fact I could not even choose sides. The main course arrived almost 1,5 hours after the appetizers which is unacceptable. The meat was OK size but I asked medium well done and it was clearly undercooked for my taste (the quality was good) and the 2 sides were 3 small pieces of boiled broccolis and 6 pieces of French fries. Very disappointing. The chianti was really nice.

Aufgrund einer Geheinschränkung unsererseits bevorzugen wir seitdem telefonisch oder über den Lieferdienst Lieferando zu bestellen. So weit so gut; Bis dato alles ausgezeichnet gewesen! Netter Besitzer (noch in Familienhand) und qualitativ hochwertige Essen mit einer guten Bedienung. Leider entpuppt sich der Lieferservice als das ungeliebte „Stiefkind“ im Hause, das es wert ist, mal außer Acht gelassen zu werden. Denn nur so, ließe sich die verbrannten Pizzabrötchen (siehe Bild) und die Lieferzeit von über 1 Stunde erklären (400 Meter entfernt). Angerufen, um nach dem Status zu fragen, wurde zwar lapidarisch für die Verspätung entschuldigt, allerdings wurde dem Anliegen keine große Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Der Lieferboote (übrigens ein ganz Netter, der sehr bemüht war und daran keine Schuld trägt) konnte leider unsere Namen an der Klingelanlage nicht erkennen. Aus Respekt brachte er das Essen vor der Haustür! Löblich und respektvoll! Das gleiche lässt sich leider, was die Qualität des Essens angeht, nicht replizieren. Man merkt es, dass der Ökonomisierungswahn weiterhin Einzug in die Gastronomie hält, selbst dort wo man vom Gegenteiligen ausging. Sehr sehr sehr schade, da es in der Nähe weiterhin an guten Optionen mangelt.

After we had expressed the criticism of the payment to the owner nothing came back. We would have expected at least one espresso or grappa as compensation for a bill over 250 euros.
It's a shame, during Corona you forgot the service. We will not come back.

Es wurde auch nicht Bescheid gesagt, dass die Küche einen Fehler gemacht hat, wir wurden ignoriert. Zu den frischen Nudelgerichten wurde der nachgefragte geriebene Parmesan erst nach 15 Minuten und nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen gebracht. Nachdem alle anderen aufgegessen hatten, kam das fehlende Hauptgericht. Die Krönung war das Dessert. Mousse au Chocolat in Mikroversion für 5,20. Ich habe Dessertvariation für 6,90 Euro gepostet, eines dieser Gläschen war die Portion für 5,20 Euro. Nachdem wir die Kritik beim Bezahlen gegenüber dem Inhaber geäußert hatten kam nichts zurück. Zumindest einen Espresso oder Grappa als Entschädigung bei einer Rechnung über 250 Euro hätten wir erwartet.
Schade, während Corona hat man den Service verlernt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.
