I booked this hotel a lot during business trips mostly because of nice view and location. I urgently needed a manicure service before important business meeting and was able to find a manicurist who agreed to come late in the evening. Unfortunately, she was not allowed into the hotel by the receptionist! And I had to pay for the booked time and driving anyway!
I had to use the Asian service at the mall and wait an hour and a half in line!
What does it mean that guests are not allowed to visit the hotel! Should I book 2 person room to be allowed use the manicure service for one hour? I was planning to invite some important guests to dinner at the hotel restaurant, and won't they be let in as well because they don't have a room booked for the night?
Is this a 4 star hotel for serious people or o joke? The time of covid restrictions is over so I don't understand where is the problem! It was the first time I had such a situation, never any problem in different hotels!
Receptionists should take care of better service instead of stick their nose in someone else's business!
I will never book that hotel again, and so do my business partners!

Good place to stay. The hotel is located in a park above the city. You have a nice view when you sit in the beer garden.
Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Service from staff was great, room was good; spacious and clean. However internet / wifi service provided by the hotel was completely useless, less than 1mb - so was unable to do any work. Usually this isn’t critical because I can toggle to the 4g/5g on my phone but the reception was terrible for that that too - so it made the wifi even more crucial. Unacceptable in this day u0026 age

Clean spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were also very apologetic about the Corona rules that they are being forced to follow, and still managed to enforce them in a friendly manner. Breakfast was nothing to go out of your way for, but supper in Prime Restaurant was very good.

Adequate hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet is decent. Transport required to get to town unless you like a 3k uphill hike. Good value.

Lovely light spacious room. Comfortable bed. The water gets nice and hot. Double door at the entrance of the room so it cancels any noise from the corridor. Breakfast is tasty. Continental and English Breakfast including Heinz baked beans which I have to be quite rare in German hotels. There is a magnificent view of the town from the breakfast room.
The hotel is an average of 12 minutes walk from some really nice restaurants and maybe 20 mins away from the main shopping area. Its better to walk during the day as the path has little lighting after dark. The mini bar is at the reception and the drinks and snacks are priced reasonably.. Cheaper than the bar. However, the bar offer a wide range of cocktails, spirits and beers.
