The Kunsthalle is an original Bauhaus building with a good selection of Bauhaus and other artists. Very well organised and has the wonderful spacious nature of the design era. The main exhibition was a bit of a bore but overall a good place to visit. A little pricey as far as the size and selection goes.

I enjoyed walking in the art garden, and the exhibitions inside. Friendly people on the desk always cause a good impression. It is rare to listen to simple words like „be welcome“ in Germany when you arrive at a place, and I realized how I like that actually ????

I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but it's pretty hard to se it a such when you can't tell what you're even beholding

Nice collection, lot of Picasso and other 20th century art. Nice building and garden as well.

Nice museum with only temporary exhibitions, so check the website each time you are in the neighborhood. I've been several times and each time the exhibition was interesting so I recommend a visit.
It is fully accessible although the doors are heavy and the only accessible bathroom is in the underground floor.

I went for coffee which was ok. One member of staff serving but as it was very quiet, 4 tables occupied by 8 people, I was served quickly.
If I was to go again I would venture further into the 'verein quartier' where better options exist. Nothing wrong with my coffee at the Kunsthalle it's just that the others have cakes, warm food etc and more comfortable seats.
As for the Kunsthalle, like everything in Bielefeld it is the best!!

Nice expositions. Nevertheless, as a non-german speaker, I missed some explanations as all of them were in German.
