Really good classic German food for an amazing price in such a touristy part of Berlin. Very cute outdoor dining. Not sure about this place for a vegetarian, but everything was delicious. 4 stars because the server was a bit rude

Chanced upon this place today and it was beyond my expectation! It was pretty empty when I went in for a late lunch so I wasn't expecting the food to be good. The waitress' service was excellent and she made me feel so welcomed for the first time all week since I arrived in Berlin. Ordered the delicious fried pork knuckle and the portion was huge. The black beer sauce was so tasty. I hate sauerkraut but they were so good that I ate way too much. Completely worth the calories! Must try this place if you are in Berlin.

I would have given 5 stars for the food, which is delicious, but the service leaves little to be desired because you wait quite a long time for the waiter to reach you for the order. But the location is beautiful and worth a visit.

Poor place, OK food, nice place located and friendly stuff but nothing more, maybe some dishes are better but overall was OK

Delicious traditional food at fair prices. I would definitely eat here again!
Suggestion for waiters: you have many foreign visitors to your restaurant. If they ask for help in choosing something because they aren’t more familiar with the dishes, please be more helpful.

Wonderful place, delicious food and warm atmosphere! The service is funny and efficient! I do recommend the “sauer herring” and the apfelstrudel! A place to come back, definitely!
