Worst receptionist you can find in Germany!!
Some are rude and totally racist ( specially if you ask for English help ????????????u200d♀️) !!

They, for sure in these last 2 years ( after corona) Never answer the phone ! I mean Never !!

If you send Email , you will get answer! Randomly!!

And they are more than 3 always there, when you go in person and ask them they just give a shoulder up and say “ohh we are so busy and just 3 of us we can’t answer the phone ????u200d♀️????????”

Im patient more than 4 years but wanted to write this comment at least sb will check their behavior!! And quality of their work!

never the blood test was normally (without pixing 2 times)gotten ! Always with lots of problems and bruises!!

The Zentrum has great doctors but unfortunately they chose really bad receptionists , sometimes i feel they are trained to make you suffer as a patient!! Or even as human being!!

If my doctor has another praxis i will definitely changed the praxis to the other one cause doesn’t worth each time you suffer to get an appointment or give a blood sample or ask for your results!!

I went to this clinic but unfortunately I was turned away. One of front desk lady told me they operate on only appointment. Surprisingly another Patient who was in front of me was given a form to fill as a first time visitor. She was asked if she had an appointment and she answered no. She was asked if she is already a Patient and she answered no. She was given a form to fill and asked to wait at the waiting area. I would not recommend this place particularly for People of Color.

Just GREAT doctors and services each time i was there everything was ontime and on schedule!! im Dr wiese patient for almost 3 years now and always happy to talk and get his advise on my conditions , He can speak English perfectly ofcourse, super friendly and extremely caring about each detail when im explaining , so happy that previous doctor referred me Dr. Wiese !! and totally recommend him !

Eine super tolle Praxis mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Obwohl die Untersuchung sehr unangenehm und scherzhaft war. Hat die Dame mit ihrem Charme und einem sehr netten Gespräch alles erträglich gemacht. Auch die Untersuchung durch den Arzt danach war einfach Spitze, ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen.
