We I booked 3 apartments from Weds 23rd Feb to check out on Sat 26th Feb - There was an issue back in Nov where two of the apartments was unavailable due to the owners coming back but Marco(Manager) sorted out another two apartments really quickly.
Marco meet us when we arrived and sorted everything out for us including Keys.
The apartments are very well designed and very clean - we was very happy with the price we paid.
I asked for a Late Check if possible but unfortunately the apartments was reserved for another booking that day but Marco came up trumps and allowed us to put our suitcases into their storage room - The reception is closed at the weekend so this was great customer service.
We would all recommend staying here and when I come back to Berlin this will always be my base.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fasanenstrasse. The staff were wonderful, the location great (5 minutes from my office) and the area is entertaining.

The room was very comfortable and had everything that was needed. The laundry facilities were also great since I was staying for a month.

Highly recommended.

We had a great 3 month stay here. It is nicely furnished in a great location both for local activities and for reaching other parts of the city. The on-site manager is super friendly. We'll be back. In fact, we have already booked again for next year.

I couldn't have chosen better. The fact that the apartment was very nice, comfortable and fully equipped is a one thing and this is pretty much what I expected upon my arrival. But the huge value added is in the staff, especially Marco and Julian, who went above and beyond to support me. Their help was incredible taking into consideration that I just moved in to Berlin from another country and I really needed help, they were there for me every single, most ridiculous request or problem I've had. They've made my accommodation process nice and simple and I'm very grateful to both of them.

With my vast experience travelled many countries u0026 stayed many hotel service apartment. This is one the best place. I really loved the entire stay. Staff is very friendly u0026 helpful. This is my first trip to Berlin u0026 this place located in very central and very close to many attractions. Just few min walkable to U/S/DB stations. Must recommended place.

Worst check in experience ever! ! We arrived the hotel at around 7 PM, but the check in machine is not working. We had been calling and waiting outside more than 1 hr. In the end, the lady just told us to take out one card from the check in machine. I don’t understand if there is solution like this, why did you say it earlier instead of keeping us waiting and wasting our time!!

This was a great place to be. The apartments are very beautiful and with all the facilities you need. It was perfectly clean and the service was incredible. Very nice people, I will definitely recommend this place to people who is coming to Berlin.
