Great hotel for a younger crowd.

I was a little disappointed when I entered the lobby. Lime green walls and its quite small. The rooms are also a bit small and not very luxurious. The beds are great though and the staff are very helpful and nice. No complaints regarding the breakfast.

Would visit again.

The hotel is great and lived up to my expectations. It has a decent breakfast and nice outdoor area. You’re also able to eat your own food in the dining area after breakfast hours are over.

The rooms come with coffee machines along with chocolate, coffee and green tea capsules.

Outside, you can get easily to the Zoo Trainstation or Bus Station.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The young lady who works evenings always goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need and helps us with translations and other things. The room was clean on arrival and everytime we returned it's was clean. The air-conditioning in the room is great being that most places in Berlin do not have air-conditioning. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to others.

Great service and generally nice and helpfull staff. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned but somewhat small if you mind that sort of thing. (I don't so still 4 stars for rooms for me)
We had a 40 minute walk to the brandburg gate from the hotel although there are cheap options in Berlin for metro/bus/train.
Also we had breakfast included which was nice and eggs/bacon etc are made on order so they are more fresh than when there is a giant tray of food being kept "warm" like most breakfasts hotels offer.
All in all great experience!

Great little hotel near the zoo and metro links. Friendly staff, large room with free mini bar. Good quality shower and bed. Good breakfast - would highly recommend. Decently priced. No complaints at all.

Excellent stay. Breakfast had lots to please varied taste and room very clean. All the staff were very friendly. A special mention to Denise who went out of her way to ensure we had a good stay.

Wonderful location. Great bed and bedding. Very nice layout in the room with plugs for electronics. The shower was wonderful. It would be nice if the refrigerator had room for occupant items.
