Wonderful! I am a vegetarian for more than 30 years and I am still happily surprised when I find a menu that is offering nothing but vegan options.
Happy Rolls were fragrant, flavorful, crispy, chewy, and deeply satisfying in particular when dipped into the peanut sauce.Veggie Bällchen were crisp on the outside, mushy on the inside, and overall a bit under seasoned.Velicious Won-Ton soup is mildly seasoned with little added salt to let the vegetables shine. Zen Traditionell was a nice surprise. I never thought about adding green asparagus to miso soup. Again a soup that doesn't try to overwhelm your senses with umami but asks your taste buds to look a bit closer. Mien ngu sac is a satisfying noodle dish, deeply flavored and accentuated with seitan and mushrooms.
All in all very nice flavors, good portions, and interesting creations.
The downsides: Our table had old varnish that had become sticky. Other tables are probably used more frequently and the varnish had been wiped off (look for a light-colored table). I like spicy food but when I ordered "extra hot", I received a very mild dish and even the sambal oelek like hot sauce was rather sweet and mild. I would call this a bring-your-own-Sriracha place.

Great vegan food. The Service was amazing, too. I had the 3 course vegan meal and at 16 euros I would say that it is moderately priced. I loved the starter with the peanut sauce. Would recommend this restaurant if you don't just want a quick snack.

The red curry with vegan chicken was amazing! My girlfriend had the soba noodles with bok choy and edamame. Also delicious. We had an avocado sushi roll (the sushi is not made with nori but with rice paper). Also super! And for drinks we loved the Japanese green tea, lemon grass tea and mango lassi. We can highly recommend Zen House and will revisit for sure!

Great food. If you are fan of Japanese food and vegan follower, this place is just perfect. Zen soba bowl is my favorite dish here. I highly recommend to try to everyone. Lots of variety and taste of food is all natural

Creative vegan sushi using black rice! Really enjoyed our lunch here. The non-sushi mains (Vietnamese) seemed very popular, too. So good to be able to get vegan sushi in Berlin. We'll definitely be back - even though we live the other end of the city.

The sushi was almost tasteless. The won tons were too soggy and breaking apart. The best was my man’s noodle dish.
