Staff is busy giggling about personal topics instead of helping customers. I was looking for something specific from WMF. The first staff person didn’t know what I was looking for and the second one just said „we don’t have“. When I asked whether it will come in soon, he only shook his head. No attempt to check whether anywhere else available or whatever you can do for good customer service. FAILED!
That’s again a proof that online shopping is more convenient and you even get it delivered.
