After waiting for 20 minutes at the counter with a shoe of my choice I was refused to get served without explanation. Anyone behind me was helped. Since I waited patiently and saw they were understaffed, I did not know what to do to get any help at all. The staff just wasnt paying attention to help me. When I said that i had been waiting so long she said 'no' and waved me away. I left the store completely in shock by this mentality. Not recommended if you seek any service or even kindness by this blond lady today

I was expecting some locker to put down my wardrobe and stuff. Outside was freezing because I was in Berlin in November, but the inside was around 20 degrees ... and I had to wear my winter jacket and my backpack. Beside that, this place is really nice.

Very usual stores, not very much variable or suprising findings. Food court was disappointment, only global brands.

The shop empty on Saturday morning and we found what we needed, but the staff is absolutely unhelpful on the border to being rude. Fancy dressed guys stay in groups chatting, it's almost impossible to attract their attention and even if you manage, they're not going to help you to find the size
