Like many stores, you have to be assisted to be given make up products to purchase, however waited over 15 minutes to be assisted and no one came over. Customers were simply taking products out of drawers because no one was assisting anyone, did the same and a staff member told me not to touch the drawers it's for staff only (which is fair enough) but then walked away instead of quickly grabbing the product for me. It's not worth waiting 20 minutes to be handed a lipstick out of a drawer, honestly, just order online.

As you expect from Douglas, it is always good, you can test the perfumes and they have variety of parfums

Staff unable to act upon lengthy waiting time in front of cashier, just standing around without assisting customers. Crammed shop, overheated and testers of big brands lacking.

i love this location so much! not only they carry much more brands than the other ones and their sale section has much better products. they have a big The Ordinary selection here, too. even tho the one i want is out of stock but have a lot of other good serums.

and the sales associates are so friendly, they are friendlier than most locations!! Nami was amazing, she helped me find a good bronzer by Anastasia. i really enjoy the service here and makes the shopping so much better. the blonde lady at the cashier was great too, i didnt get her name.

When you have 6+ floor staff standing around doing nothing and chatting, and one staff member on the cash register, and a huge line of people waiting, don’t you think it’s it’s time to call support before you start gift wrapping? You need to train staff to multi task and handle the flow of customers within the store better. As a retail manager, I couldn’t believe the incompetency! You lost sales because of this!
