When you become a member, they say that your membership will not be automatically renewed and the first month is free. Then you think your membership has expired and you do not need to do anything, but they send you an invoice and say that they automatically renew. When you object, they say that their English is not good, it is written in the German contract.

Why should I pay for a gym that I haven't been to once in 2 months?

Very friendly staff, and bigger than you may think
It wouldve been great if there was a proper gym floor, like mats (instead of the carpet and wooden flooring)
Other than that, they have (almost) everything you might need. I am just missing a sled, some more kettlebells, some more bars and medicineballs.
But most importantly: its calm! Which counts a lot :)
It would’ve been great if they open earlier in the morning. Specifically on the weekends

I really enjoy this gym, the staff is always available for questions and advice and are very knowledgable. It is usually not too crowded and the over a variety of classes and activities.

IAs a gym and sports enthusiast, I can definitely recommend Vital to whom wishes to focus on serious workout sessions without distractions in a comfortable and peaceful environment.
The gym is no "club", no see and be seen the place. It's a nice place where variety and respect are part of the golden rules. The facility is complete and you can also enjoy some extra sessions such as yoga, pilates, and so on. For me, the most important is the organization. Most gyms in Berlin are CROWDED and people have zero concern about other around... in Vital you can do dumbells, machine, calisthenics, functional or pilates without further concern... just pick what you want and do it (and bring the wights back when you finish).
Another important fact is the staff. Happy, helpful and present... Always ready for their customers.

if you are nearby Friedrishain, Lichtenberg, Friederischesfelde or any area around I would say this is THE SPOT. Plus, is EASY PEASY to get there... (near S+U Lichtenberg, with several connections).

have a look, it's worthwhile.
