Experiencing the Hot Mezzo mix drink for the first time????????u200d♂️
I ordered one pizza and one mezzo mix drink. I didn’t knew that Dominos will serve cold drinks as hot.

They delivered me hot mezzo mix drink instead of cold drink,that too in this heavy summer time.

ordered from 20.25 in the app and waited for 1h but live pizza tracker didn‘t change. i called them and they said there are still 12 order in front of me so i have to wait for another 30 minutes but until they closed at 23.00 and i waited for another 30 minutes but my order never delivered to me. Eventhough the live tracker said „Bestellung bereit“, but my pizza never arrived

I ordered a pizza three days ago and have still not received it.

I called five times the night off and have been trying to contact him ever since.

When I finally reached them over the phone they told me they could not deliver my pizza because they didn’t know if the order was real.

When I offered to send them their own receipt they sent me proving my purchase I was told someone will call me tomorrow.

If I wanted overpriced pizza that takes multiple days to arrive I could have simply started my own restaurant.

Completely unacceptable.

Experienced it 3 times so far. Ordered through an app for delivery at 9pm. Wait for the item for 1h30 mins and no one arrives. So when I call them, they mention that it is too late for them to deliver and asked me to order the next day. Ridiculous as the app allows me to book a delivery. I am sure they are just lazy staff who doesn’t want to work during the time. I was a frequent customer but now I am seriously thinking to buy from another pizza restaurant.

Fast, fresh and delicious pizza. It's actually pretty handy if you go there by yourself and pick up the fresh pizza. You can save some bucks by doing that.

The only negative point that I could think of is that there aren't that many places to sit and eat, but well what do you expect for a fast food deliviery service :P

We order a couple of times, they never really disappointed us. The pizza was always good and fresh. But the pizza is average and price is a bit high.

I have been double charged for the same order, 6 months later got my money back. Not to mention the pizza was so oily I could not eat it and the hygiene in this shop is worst than Berghain bathrooms. Never again.
